As we navigate these uncertain times together, our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, associates and customers. We are fully aware of the current state of the culinary and hospitality industries. The impact to us all has been life-changing. More than ever, it is important for us to support each other, inspire each other and come together as a community.

In line with government recommendations, we are back working in our offices with social distancing in play. Some of our team continue to work remotely in the UK. We are thankful for them – and other essential workers in all industries – for their tireless commitment. We are happily processing order requests and our customer service team is standing by to assist you. Please note that all embroidery and shipping services may continue to run slightly slower than normal, Monday through Friday. Please therefore expect slightly longer fulfilment timelines.
